Visitors chilled, sailors thrilled, weather experts just say 'normal'

Sailors who moped through an unusually calm winter are thankful for being able to hoist their sails more often these days.
"It's been a good spring for sailing," said Capt. Dutch Meyer, who runs Monterey Bay Sailing and Monterey Sailing. "(The wind) is a little bit more than usual. The winter was a little light on the wind, but the spring has been windier."
