Experience beautiful Monterey Bay with friends and family.
Our daytime catamaran sailing cruises are all 75 minutes. In the summer, you can choose from 4 departure times. Complementary wine and water is served on board all day, and if you get cold, we have blankets on board as well. Although the MMAD Catter can hold 25 people, we limit our capacity to 16 passengers so our guests never feel crowded. First, we will tour the harbor to see some sea otters and sea lions. Then we will head into the bay, set the sails, and enjoy an hour of sailing on the Pacific Ocean. From the water, we can see Monterey, Pacific Grove, Santa Cruz, and Moss Landing. Sip your wine and look out for whales and dolphins. Sailing is a relaxing and quiet way to enjoy Monterey Bay without burning fossil fuels. Join the ecotourism movement and choose sailing for your next tour of the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary.
Departs every day about 1 hour and 30 minutes before the sunset.
Our sunset catamaran sailing cruises are 90 minutes long. Year around, we depart on this cruise about an hour and a half before the sun sets. Complementary appetizers, wine, and water are served for this cruise, and if you get cold, we have blankets on board as well. Although the MMAD Catter can hold 25 people, we limit our capacity to 16 passengers so everyone on board gets a great view of the sunset. Enjoy a peaceful evening and sunset while witnessing the magic of a boat under sail. Sailing is an eco-friendly way to tour the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary because we burn fossil fuels only when necessary to get in and out of the harbor. Sit back, relax with a glass of wine, watch a gorgeous sunset, and keep a lookout for wildlife on this one of a kind tour in Monterey.
