Jeannette is a cold molded wooded boat that all wooden boat fans can appreciate. Based on Chuck Paine’s design of the ‘Carol’, Jeannette sports a full keel, roller furling jib, and an inboard diesel engine. Jeannette can accommodate up to 5 sailors at one time.
If you’re not ready to rent, you can start with a sailing lesson or take one of our experienced skippers along with you. New renters need to submit a sailing resume with at least 12 days of sea time as an operator of a sailing vessel within the last year. New renters will have to pay an additional $50 to perform a rental checkout.

Euca is a 1997 Hunter 340. She is equipped with wheel steering, roller furling jib, a large cockpit, two berths, a galley, dining table/quarter berth, head/shower, swim step, auto-pilot, and more. Euca can be rented by anyone with proper experience. New renters need to submit a sailing resume with at least 12 days of sea time as an operator of a sailing vessel within the last year. If you have not rented at Sail Monterey before you must pay $50 to preform and pass a rental checkout with one of our instructors.Â

Calypso is a 2004 Hunter 356. Outfitted with a in-mast furling mainsail, and a furling jib, Calypso is an upgrade for both your skills and comfort. Donated to the fleet by a local Pacific Grove family, Calypso was an active member of Sail Time San Fransisco before she was moved down to Monterey about 10 years ago. Calypso is a welcomed additon to the fleet and will serve many stoked sailors on things like sailing classes, whale watching, voyages across the bay and more.Â
